Scofflaw

One who has understood that laws are just pieces of paper without any authority that deserve no respect at all. It is of course recommended to respect the law if violation thereof puts you in jeopardy of being arrested, in the same way as it is not recommended to walk alone at night in dangreous neighborhoods.
